As per my recommendation, do dieting but take only healthy food which only increase your vitamin not increase your weight. With dieting, use gym equipment product for reducing your over weight like treadmills, kettlebells, cycling and also use yoga accessories. This all are helpful for reducing weight so try gym equipment
