First I went to Overeaters Anonymous. Also I went to the Mayo Clinic for something totally different than about weight issues. If you go to the Mayo Clinic website there is a book that guides you through lifestyle changes to lose weight.
As per my recommendation, do dieting but take only healthy food which only increase your vitamin not increase your weight. With dieting, use gym equipment product for reducing your over weight like treadmills, kettlebells, cycling and also use yoga accessories. This all are helpful for reducing weight so try gym equipment
