Try military diet..Google it.
Try and get yourself engaged on some sports too and avoid junk foods and carbonated drinks.
Hey, we have the same stats! My goal weight is actually 100 lb, just because I have an insanely small frame. I recommend eating smaller amounts, exercising more, drink water and fat free milk, and eat lots of green veggies. Good luck! And be safe.
There isn't really much to the key of loosing weight. You have to eat less calories than you burn. Of course you have to eat healthily, and reduce most to all junk foods. You also have to exercise to see results quickly.
For your height, you should be weighing around 120-130 pounds. 140-160 pounds is overweight, 170-220 is obese and anything beyond that is morbidly/extreme obese.
