Hello there,
It's best not to buy any junk food at all. You have to stop cold turkey
when it comes to binge eating. Buy healthy foods, lots of fruit and vegetables. Don't eat in front of the TV. I think that's referred to as
mindless eating, junk food , example, potato chips etc. Try and drink
lots of water. It's good for you, helps to flush out your system and
it fills you up. My biggest problem was potato chips. I really enjoy
the saltiness and the crunch. Anyway, I don't eat potato chips anymore.
We don't keep them in the house. When I do feel the urge to buy some
potato chips, I remind myself that there is no nutritional value to these
chips as well as a high calorie count and basically that it's a lot of salt
and fat content. Good luck. It's a little bit of a challenge, but it gets
easier. Eve
Don't buy the foods that send you into eating binges. Look up recipes that use healthy ingredients like fresh vegetables and lean meats. Spend your time cooking healthy, delicious recipes and eating food you take an interest in, instead of following your bad habits and eating without thinking.
