2 egg white 1 whole egg scrambled, or made into omelet with cheese and lots of veggies
High protein bread toasted and spread with peanut butter or other nut butter
Cottage cheese with fruit and the above mentioned toast
High protein cereal (We have Kashi brand in the us with 9 grams of protein without including the milk) with lowfat milk or soy milk
Protein bar with one of the above or as a snack after breakfast.
I eat the 2 egg white and one egg and make a egg sandwich each morning w/ cheese one one slice of protein bread. Love it!
