i am also in my teens and am struggling to ever feel good about myself because of my size i dont hink im fat fat but because i am very small for my age it looks wthey dont to me any favours orse i dont want to be unhealthy but i have tried so many different plans that just don't work for me.
I really don't like my arms or stomach as they really dont do me any favours please give me some advice...x

The fact is, you can't lose weight fast. Losing weight takes patience and dedication.
I suggest leaving a few bits of food on your plate. Also, eat slower. Chew your food 15 times before you swallow. Try to cut out about 10% of what you're eating.
If you can, start walking more. Take the stairs. Do all those little things that'll increase your activity level.
This will lead to slow weight loss, but it'll be weight loss you can live with.
Sounds like you're about 126 lbs at 5'4". There's not much weight you need to lose. What's with all these teenage girls wanting to lose weight "FAST" who are at a perfectly normal size?
I've got a better idea. Be happy with the body you have. It may be infectious. All those unhappy, starving girls will be jealous of someone who isn't awash in self-hatred and vanity.
P.S. Boys like girls with curves and confidence.
im around 5ft 4? (dont measure myself) and 9 stone
cut portions, drink lots of water, cut out fattening snacks for healthy fruits and veggies. Try walking or skipping or any other physical activity that you enjoy. Being so young you will probably lose roughly 2 lbs a week in the beginning weeks because your body isnt used to the changes. Good luck.
Well, I'm not about to give you tips on things that are unhealthy. You will only get one body in your lifetime; you are young and still developing, so you must take care of your body, whether you like it a lot right now or not.
There is no way to lose weight that fast and keep it off. Maybe you could give us an idea of what kinds of things mum cooks for you and we can help you sort out the best?
It would also be good if you could tell us your height and current weight, so we can help determine what you should weigh in relation to what you do weigh - that will help us help you come up with a plan.
