I have found only one - my face looks younger than I am!
Sometimes my skin is a little dry - but a good moisturizer takes care of that!

Kudos!!  That's great!  I lose more when I walk.  I can do sit ups, leg ups, etc. til the cows come home and lose nothing.
We are all made differently... I'm glad that works for you!  keep it up!  I use a skin-firming cream/lotion on my body also.  I also use it on my face every night - people can't believe I'm over 60!

hey, i'm not great with having the will power to do all the exercising to lose the weight but eventually my legs got really fat and my belly was no help so i started doing 20 sit-ups a night 40 the next and so on, for my legs i bought Nivea firming good-bye cellulite gel-cream and Nivea firming body oil, there so good. i lost so much weight on my legs my belly is still in working progress because i got sick and had to stop due to not having the energy, but i now do them watching television when the soaps are on or before bed.

I would start with taking Grape Seed extract for your asthma and bones.  Then just take a short walk - 5 minutes away and 5 minutes back every day.  Don't overdo it. After a week, try 10 minutes away and 10 minutes back three times a week. -  Slow and easy wins the race.

You will not lose weight at first and you might even get angry that you gain a couple of pounds.  But remember, muscle weighs more than fat.  So as you gain muscle, you will gain at first.  Then you will start to lose.

As your body gets used to the walking, you can increase it - a little at a time.  It is not necessary to overdo it - remember you haven't done this in a long time. - Eventually, you will be able to walk 30 minutes away and 30 minutes back.  You may not see the results on the scale  -but you will see it in the way your body feels and the way your clothes fit.
I always lose inches first - I hate the scales as they say I gain - but inches are better - :)
