You can reach your goal ONLY if you put effort into it!!!
You can always reach your goal. Eat small portions & drink lots of water !! Stay energized get enough sleep so you won't be tired to EXCERSICEEE!!! All of that will make your goal happen . Anythings possible if you set your mind to it
There's no way you're going to lose 60 pounds in 2 months, no matter what you do, but especially, if you don't exercise. You have to put some effort into it; your fat isn't going to disappear by itself.
Well if you dont exercise much then you better start because dont expect your fat to disappear by sitting around and being lazy.
The show The Biggest Loser shows how much weight it is possible to lose in a week, and at most, these people eating a strict diet of mostly vegetables and exercising like crazy, these people lose between 2 and 10 lb a week. Not every week is the higher number, so it probably averages about 6 lb a week. 6 x 8 weeks is 48 lb. But unless you don't work, you don't have time to exercise as much as they do.
