I just want to say first off. Never give up! It will get better. I know its hard to not feel like your at a weight, or skin your unconfortable with, but try having a chat with your family doctor. They should be able to set and appropriate goal weight for you, and give you some tips on losing some weight. Never try starving yourself or making yourself throw up. You are wonderfully made. Keep going. You can do it.
First you need to stop weighting yourself everyday, try to find a nutritionist or talk with your doctor about it, eat healthy and 6 times or more a day small portions.... and try to build healthy habits and lose fat not weight
