make a difference to my weight

Hi im 18years old, I'm 5.2 ft and I weight 127ibs (58kgs), I'd like to get down to 114ibs (52kgs) but I already eat healthy due to weight loss a couple of years ago but now the weight doesn't seem to want to budge, please could I have some advice on what to do to get the weight loss going:)

Diet pills are not meant for long term use and often, any weight lost will be regained once the pills have been stopped.

Even though you're eating healthy, you might be eating too many calories/day for the amount of exercise you get. You should calculate the number of calories you need, based on your current age, weight, height and activity level.

Keeping a food diary will help insure that you don't eat more than your daily allowance.

I had the same concern not too long ago. I've been exercising and dieting but my weight refuses to shift. Until I've tried Liproxenol. My stubborn weight shifted and I was almost instantly back on my weight loss track.
