Oh my, if I ate anywhere near that many calories/day, even when I was in the 31-50 age group, I'd be a "two ton Tillie" in no time flat. LOL
Calorie needs have to be based on height, weight, age and activity level.
It depends on your age, current weight, height and how active you are during the day (including type of work and exercises).
Active female aged 19-30 needs about 2,400, Moderately active needs 2,000-2,200 and Sedentary 2,000.
Female aged 31-50 needs 200 calories less.
