There's a place for "start weight" and another for "goal weight"....
When setting up app in goals section do you enter lbs I desire to lose or lbs I want to be/weigh? Thanks
According to the Height/Weight charts, you are about the perfect weight for your height, with medium frame. If you are small frame, you may need to drop a few pounds.
A healthy diet and moderate exercise should be sufficient for that.
your BMI seems to be 22.6, so not in the overweight range. But I would highly recommend to do other tests to get a more accurate risk profile as it relates to diabetes and heart disease (waist circumference for belly fat, cholesterol, glucose, Apo-B, etc).
