im a male and im 22 years old, im 5'10 and weigh 22 stones and 7 lbs
for the past 3 weeks i have been exercising every day, and have been on a liquid diet, where i am having 1 slimfast milkshake as my daily meal, in the first 2 weeks i noticed that i had lost just over a stone as i was originally 23 1/2, but in the third week i have noticed that i am not losing as much weight, i am currently doing 45 mins cardio on my treadmill, followed by 15 mins on my punch bag, and then i would do weight training for 15 mins.
i have always been over weight and its only been recently that i have been trully determined to lose weight. i have noticed that my muscles are getting bigger, and my legs smaller, but my stomach is doesnt show many signs of improvement, although leaner, it could still be alot better.i was wondering... how can i lose weight quicker, and more efficiently should i up my exercise amount? any advice would be very much appreciated. thank you
