Hi there.  Gosh, I'm sorry.  What a hard situation to be in. I feel for you.  I'd defer to your doctor.  If your own health would be such that this pregnancy would jeopardize that---  this is something to consider.  Your 10 year old needs you.  I have deep fear of leaving my young children if something happened to me so I think I could not go through with a pregnancy if it would possibly take me from my child.  I'm concerned about the CHF.  So, I would talk to your doctor and see if having this child is feasible.  You took steps to prevent it but something malfunctioned.  You are still early, just out of the first trimester, so go talk to your doctor TODAY to get a plan together.  good luck hon and I'm here if you need an ear.  peace and hugs
