Eating during pregnancy

I just found out today that I am pregnant, and will be 4 weeks tomorrow. I struggle keeping weight on and had to try for months to get up to 98 lbs. I usually eat salad or turkey sandwiches every day for lunch. I know lunch meat is on the list of foods to avoid during pregnancy, but I honestly dont know what else to eat for quick lunches. I want something with protein as I eat a ton of fresh fruits and veggies already. I really need to keep weight on! Any ideas, tips, would be much appreciated!

Oh! I forgot to add that I am allergic to all nuts, which really makes it hard to get enough protein.

I'm worried about listeria, personally i'm just not comfortable with the risk.
