Had a total thyroidectomy and want to get pregnant

Hi everyone,
I'm 25 years old, and had a total thyroidectomy 3 years ago because I had Papilar Cancer.
I'm taking 150 mcg/day of eutyrox.
my lab tests are :
TSH 0.04
TU (capt) 38.9
T4(total)  10.00
T3(total) 1.18
T4 (free) 9.73

so i was wondering if because of that lab results i cant get pregnant, i've been trying for a year and still haven't been able to .
What  levels of thyroid hormones should i have to be able to get pregnant ?
