Having low blood pressure

I was wondering if anyone out there has low blood pressure after a m/c?. I m/c around 2 months ago and last week I have had 2 dizzy spells where I had to sit down or I felt like I would pass out. I teach, & the school nurse has checked my bp. so far it has been on the low side, running around 85/45. I usually do have low bp, but not this low. At first I thought I was pregnant. I did that w/ my son. I got my period on Tues. 10/31 but it was only 3 days. I took a pt & it was neg. Just curious what this could be.

I'm not sure...mine is typically low 90/60 but that seems really low.

Yes! I have low blood pressure. I have kidney failure and on dialysis. Since having kidney failure I end up with a list of (prescription) allergies  and it appears that quite a few of these medications that are suppose to help raise low blood pressure  either fort work and/or end up dealing with the side effects.
Now I'm  looking for  a " natural" way (supplements) to raise the pressure.
My understanding is  one is beta blockers the other is b-12. If there's  anyone who can confirm this I would appreciate it.
