Two periods a year after miscarriage.

I had a miscarriage May of 2017 and have had two periods sense my dnc. What may the cause be? Going to the dr is kind of a traumatic thing for me so I don’t like going.

I'm not sure why you have only had two periods other than to say you aren't ovulating regularly.  I would say that even if traumatic, you need to force yourself to go.  You need blood work to check hormone levels and guidance.  Doctors like women to get periods at least every 3 months.  You are far outside of that.  So, it is worth going and having a pelvic exam.  Especially if getting pregnant again will be a goal.
