Virginia Disorder

My two year old daughter was playing with a toy and accidently hurt her virginia causing an irritation. We applied vaslin to the reddish skin close to her virginia. 3 days later we found that the a thin tissue had grown covering her virginia entrance. She has no problem urinating. But the virginia is closed but skin. WHAT SHOULD I DO?????

worried mother.

I think this may be her hymen and it is just the first time you have noticed. Most girls have one and it is normal. If it is not causing her further irritation then it should be fine. Good Luck

If you are concerned, take her to her pediatrician and have it looked at.
