Period like cramps are normal in pregnancy, especially this early. Its just your uterus streching and growing. As long as they aren't horrible and there is no BRIGHT RED bleeding, you're fine. If either of those occur, call your doctor.

I am 9 weeks pregnant with Twins, through IVF. I get cramps like my period is comming as well. I am also very scared that I will miscarry. The cramps come and go, but they all feel like my period is comming. I want these babies so bad.
