endometritis? Pregnancy?

I'm new to this forum, I have a huge question and hope there is somebody out there that can help me. To start 3 years ago I had a tubal ligation done about 8 weeks after having my 3rd son. Just last week I had a sharp pain go thru my lower tummy but the pain subsided after a few minutes. The next day I was a lil crampy so I called my Obgyn and they said I probably had endometriits and sent me 2 anti. to take. So lets go back to a few weeks ago, my cycle was 3 days and very light, I also have been getting nausiated, very very sleepy and very moody. Oh and I took a pg test and it came back neg. So if you have any clues as to what is going on please let me know!!!!
