I started my first round of clomid (50mg) on March 15-20th. I had an lh surge on the 27th. today is the 11th of april and AF was due yesterday. I am NEVER late. I tested last night and got a bfn. Could clomid change my cycle? I have af like cramps but I also have been really nauseous. I normally get a ton of acne before af and I havent had any. Maybe it is the clomid. Anyone in the same boat?
