More than just Vaginal Itching?

Hello. I have recently had sex after not having it for a year. But when we did, it was somewhat rough, multiple times and did other forms of oral sex etc. The next day I had severe itching around my vagina so i had just assumed that it was because of the day before. It was very itchy and even though i know i shouldnt have, i scratched it and it irritated it more. Now it is only very painful when i am urinating. (It is only painful right on the outside of the hole, it is nothing inward) . I think I might have broke the skin, severely irritated it, or maybe rubbed the skin raw. I'm not sure how long it will take to heal. Can someone give me advice on how to soothe this? Also, very rarely but every few months or so.. I may get a small bump on the outter part of my vagina (where the skin and hair is). I was just wondering if that was a pimple of some sort or if i should be worried?

*******PLEASE READ THIS*******
I am the girl that posted this message. At first I did think that I had scracthed my vagina because it was itchy after we had intercourse.. then once i scracthed.. it started hurting the next day. (About 5 days after intercourse) It burned when i would urinate. I tried putting Monistat on it to try to cool the burning, but it didnt help. About 9 days after intercourse I started seeing bumps on my inner labia. They were small at first but then the next day they were huge and sore. I was sure that I had Genital Herpes, and I was right. I had gone to the doctor and they had diagnosed me with this. If you are having a hard time finding a doctor or gynecologist that will see you quickly (because I know i did..I don't have insurance and had never been to a gyney before nor had a regular doctor.) Try going to an Urgent Care facility. They WILL help you and should be able to diagnose just incase. If you are in the Northeastern states.. such as Pennsylvania, West Virgnia, and some surrounding states. You should be able to find a MedExpress. They can diagnose you. You just need to pay upfront. But after that fee, they can give you cheaper medications than a normal doctor would and you can normally just buy them there. And they will also check to make sure that your special someone didn't happen to infect you with anything else. Off topic.. Back to the topic. If you are having a lot of trouble urinating... try filling your tub with lukewarm water and urinate in the water. It will still be painful. but it will relieve the pain a lot.  If you do think you have Genital Herpes.. Please don't wait! It is very painful. You will have trouble, walking, sitting, doing anything. And please make sure you get a diagnosis and don't just  keep reading things online. Because it could be something else like a yeast infection causing the blisters. (a very rare case, but it IS possible!) Or it could be something else.... Please get a doctor/ nurse/ gynecologist.. someone's professional opinion.  I hope I help someone. And just remember, If you are diagnosed with Genital Herpes. It's not as bad as everyone makes it sound in the long run. It's not the end of the world. You can get help. Oh, and one more thing.. You don't have to be "permisicious" to get herpes or anything like that. So don't make yourself feel bad by thinking that! I knew a virgin that caught herpes on her first time. And I have only been with a couple people my whole life and caught it from one of them. Don't feel bad about it. And if you are a young adult carrying the virus.. (I am..) chin up. You can do it. Find someone you trust... Talk to them about it.

Use a topical antibiotic like Neosporin. Re-apply it as it needed but a thin layer is all you need. It works miracles on rashes. Good luck.
