It’s located right in the hole of the vagina. When I took a look it looked like a flap was just there hanging and hurt or tore cuz it was bleeding.

Ouch!  It sounds like you might have had some trauma in that area recently.  Do you have any idea what might have caused this? It almost sounds like a piece of skin got snagged.

If it is just skin, yes, it will heal. The most important aspects of healing are keeping the wound area as clean and dry as possible.  If you can, put some antibiotic cream on it, very gently, when it is dry.  Also, make sure to leave it alone as much as you can.  Don't wear abrasive underwear and don't keep touching or checking it.  Those will delay healing.
I would bleed each time with this one specific guy I had sexual intercourse with but didn’t think it was anything serious until one day I bled more than usual and it hurt. So when I took a look down there I realized all this. We also had very vigorous sex before this had occurred so I think that is the cause. I’m not hurting as much anymore so I think I am healing. I read a few other cases where this has happened cuz of the aggressive sex. Thank you so much it truly helped. I will continue trying to heal it as much as possible
