Navel pain

I am having sharp pains in my navel area. what could it be? it just started yesterday.
also, I was suppose to have my gallbladder out back in 07 but didn't due to no insurance. what problems could I have?
my legs hurt really bad, the pain keeps me up at night. both legs, left knee, hands, lower back. pains around the area where my gallbladder is.

thank you for your response. I am calling the doctor tomorrow. my main concern now is my gallbladder. back in 2007 I had gallstones that blocked the bile duct and was told at the ER that it needed to be removed, no insurance so it was not done.  now I am having slight pain in that area. I just want to make sure that nothing is going on due to me not having it taken out.
then I will proceed with the other issues, my leg pain will probably be next.
I do appreciate your help.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Such pain could be due to UTI, cystitis (bladder infection), trapped wind or intestinal gas, constipation, anxiety or kidney stones. Investigations like blood tests (CBC, ESR), urine test, x ray, ultrasound or CT/MRI scan can be required to rule out the diagnosis. Treatment option depends on identifying the cause. Use of pain relievers can give you temporary relief.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
