10 Days Late - Could I be pregnant?

My period is 10 days late. My boyfriend and I always use condoms when we have sex.
About 15 days after the start of my last period (April 22nd), I started spotting (which then turned into very light bleeding that required a liner or two each day). This lasted for 6 days. My period was expected to come on May 17th but it did not come. On May 23rd, I started having very sore nipples (they hurt when I touch them, and they're erect). My breasts also hurt when I touched them, especially a lump in my right breast (which I will be getting checked out this week - doctor said it shouldn't be anything serious though). My nipples are still sore, but not nearly as much anymore.

I am also severely anemic (I believe either my iron levels or my hemoglobin levels were 3, whereas my doctor told me normal levels are between 12-20).

I have done one blood test on May 12th, which came back with my bHCG levels as 1 (not pregnant). I have done two home pregnancy tests (one when my period was one day late, and one when my period was 7 days late). Both came back negative. I also got a pelvic exam done on the 22nd (4 weeks and 2 days after my last period), and the nurse told me she didn't see anything that would indicate a pregnancy.

I am going to my doctor again, and seeing if I can get another blood test done.

Otherwise, what might this be? I was told I may have PCOS, which may explain the bleeding I experienced. Could my anemia be another reason why my period is so late?

This is really stressing me out.

I am a young woman in her twenties, and I have had otherwise fairly regular cycles prior to this (though there was a period of time when I would get two periods every month, which could have resulted in my anemia).

Please, please help me out! This is very stressful for me, because I cannot afford to have a baby right now (time-wise and money-wise).

When I found out I was pregnant with my daughter I was ten days late. So you might want to take a test just to see what it says so you can ease your stress. Good luck.
