i’m 14 and i still don’t have boobs or a period.

i started puberty in 4th grade (breast budding and discharge included) and now i’m in 9th grade with no period or boobs.
i used to show signs of a period but not anymore so i’m getting concerned. my boobs were growing like the were supposed to but then they just stopped and all my friends have periods and boobs and i don’t, help! i cant buy women’s bras they don’t fit and i’m so embarrassed.

(Not that it's unusual to be 14 and not have things start up yet, but the time gap you mention from them starting up to now is a bit long.) Also, have you lost weight in this time? Many women don't get their period if they are underweight.

It's been five years since you began to show signs, and everything is stalled? Ask your mom to schedule you with an ob/gyn and get some hormone tests and maybe an ultrasound. Have you had any pain in the lower abdomen?
