2 missed periods, negative pregnancy tests

The start date of my last period was June 29, 2016. My period is like clockwork and usually medium to heavy, so missing it during July was a huge red flag (no pun intended), especially since I have never missed or been late. I have taken HPT's and all have been negative, and the blood test from my doctors office also came back as negative. Fast forward to now—I have had two separate days of very light spotting, which is very unusual for me (Aug 22 & Sept 9). I've been having periodic pregnancy symptoms (nausea, fatigue, sore breasts, increase in headaches, heartburn, weight gain, hardening of abdomen, missed periods, etc) since the beginning of August. The doctors have checked my hormone levels, as well, and everything was normal. Have any of you still been pregnant after negative tests or know someone who was? Anyone have any ideas of what else this could be?

I know someone who went through something like this. Were / are you under any stress at the moment that can play a factor. She wasn't pregnant but had some issues w/ that as well as "toilet issues" after that she went back to normal.

*Also I have an embarrassing question , can u help , plz*

I haven't been under anymore stress than usual, so it's unlikely (in my opinion) that stress is the culprit. I'm not really having "toilet" problems, either.
