This is a little late for you, I know, but I found out today that there is a new prescription drug to help quit.  Chantix is the name of it.  Go to google and check it out.  I'm thinking hard about trying it, but I'm not sure how much it will cost.  My husband's aunt works at a pharmacy and she said that some of the insurance companies won't even pay for it for the people who have it.  A little late, huh?  Anyway, keep up the good work!!!

Thanks!!  I sure hope it gets better, because it's SUCKED so far!!  The first two days were just horrible.  I'm hoping it gets much better now that the nicotine is out of my system.  Whew.  Wish I would have listened 20 years ago!!  (I'm sure my kids are going to be asking for a new Mom for Christmas, as nasty as I've been!)  :-(
Have a great night!!

Hey guys!  How was your day???  Mine was MUCH better.  I haven't caved!!  It seems to be getting easier as the days go by, but I'm still not sleeping all that great.  I took Nyquil last night hoping that would help.  Well, instead of waking up at 12,1,2,3,4,5 - I woke up at 12, 2 and 4.  I guess that's a bit better, but it's still ticking me off!!  Hopefully tonight I can sleep all the way through.  It's been 3 days and counting!!!

That sounds great to me.  I love little babies.  It's just when they start talking back and getting attitudes(like my kids do) when I have trouble with them.  My aunt tried to tell me that I would spend the first year teaching them to walk and talk and the next 20 telling them to sit down and shut up.haha

Had to go to school tonight.  13 year old plays basketball(go FALCONS!) and she had a game.  They got beat really bad.  But they have played 6 games and this is only the 2nd time they have been beat. I thought that was pretty good.

Hey. Sorry took so long to get back.  I can't get in to see the doc until tomorrow at 9 am cst.  I have been babysitting today for my 9 month old nephew.  My house is not baby proof any more!  Had to watch him like a hawk all day.  Will let you know what she says tomorrow.

Hey no problem....I understand about the house not being baby-proof.  My fiance's oldest son and his wife had their first baby a year ago Monday and he's going to a handful.  My house has never been equipped for children since I wasn't able to have any. When they come over I have to move almost everything.  However, it is soooo worth it and they consider me a grandma eventhough we aren't married yet.  I just told them that I will be the "cool young" grandma vs. the other two...LOL

I too think of pb&j when i read your name. But anyways, i'm not sure whats going on with you(pain wise),have you tried the advil liquidgels? they work really well, and ALOT faster than regular old advil. I almost always take 4 at time also, and they kick in pretty quick(which is nice).

I'm off to bed while I'm not hurting.  Maybe I'll sleep for a few hours anyway.  Talk to you tomarrow.

Well, I took 5 advils about an hour 7 a half ago, that's the only thing that helps.  These super duper pain pills they gave me don't touch the pain.  I started out taking 4 at a time & then it got to where that didn't help, so now I'm up to 5 at once.  I buy a bottle of advil with 100 pills in it every 2 weeks.  That's really a lot of why I'm going back to doc.  I'm worried about taking all of that and what it will do to my stomach or liver.  Hubby is in bed.  He seems fine now.  Better than usual really.  Pretty sympathetic about my hurting tonight and really after me to go back to the doc.  Go figure.  MEN!!!

I don't know.  I just read Nanis' thread.  I don't understand why people have to get on here and cause trouble.  This area seems like a lot of fun.

How are you feeling?  How's hubby?

Ain't that the trueth!  I can sure relate to that.  People have posted responses to my posts that I didn't like before too but I have yet to cuss anyone out for it.  What's up with that?

I was just getting ready to reply to you on the other forum. I am so sorry you are hurting so bad.  I was thinking that it could be a cyst or nodule that might be actually nothing, but it's pressing on a nerve and that would cause major pain.

I can't stand this any more.  Even though I lost my insurance I'm going to bite the bullet and go to doc tomarrow.  I am hurting really bad tonight and believe it or not my hubby is actually being  sympathetic (sp)tonight!  Wonder what he wants.  He was still pouting this morning when he left for work.

Darn I keep wanting to type PBG--makes me think of peanutbutter and jelly.  Yes, I know it's a G, but I might start calling you that.  Yes, I see what you mean.  I just read some threads.  From what I gather they've had an imposter of sorts and apparently she keeps popping up here and there.
