When I go to the bathroom and wipe there is like a think yellow muces on the tolit paper and I have a little pain on my left side of my tummy i dont know if i should be worryed or not

You may be ovulating. Don't worry because when you ovulate your discharge changes. Also your discharge changes throughout your whole cycle . When did you last have your period ? If it's been around 2 weeks since your last period and you are experiencing this it is just ovulation.
