3rd shift

Anyone work 3rd shift for a while and not have their periods? I'm late 12 days of a 40 day cycle. I've been working third shift full time for a month and a half and no period.

Yep. It's true. LPN told me Working 3rd can throw off your bodies natural time to fluctuate hormones usually while your sleeping and your body is reprogramming and usually is at rest. It's normal to miss periods due to physical stress however should not go more than 3months without a period. Interesting.

Hi there. Hm, I've never heard of this other than changes in schedule in general can cause a delay in period.  I would consider talking to your doctor to discuss why you are having long cycles these days.  Perhaps your thyroid is slow?  Good luck
