A RASH IN THE ANAL AREA

I have a terrible rash on the inside of my buttocks.  I is on either side of the cheeks.  I have tried many products such as LOTROMIN, DESINEX AND HEMROIDAL CREAMS.  It burns alot and sometimes it is itchy.  I do not have any insurance and I am embarrased to ask anyone about this.  Can you suggest amything else I could use?

Thanks Vera.  I will try Neosporin and see if that will help.

Those products you mentioned are mainly for yeast.  Have you tried any of the over-the-counter bacterial ointments? The kind you would use for an infected cut.
