yes, I agree . It's gas. Try laying on your back and straighten out. Pull on leg up bent to your chest. Hold it then lay it back straight. Do the other leg the same. then both legs. do it very controlled and in slow motion hold each pose about 15 sec. It should help move the gas out. Hope it works for Ya!
