Abnormal bleeding

On 3/18 I experienced heavy cramping during a meeting. Afterwards, I went to the rest room & had soaked through an overnight pad, my underwear & half way down my legs. I went to er because I had 2 positive pregnancy test 2 weeks ago. All test were negative (2cmx3cm cyst on ovary) & not pregnant. Since then I have been bleeding constantly. It's irregular, some days I can get away with a panty liner, some days I have to wear a regular pad. It goes from normal bleed, to brown spotting to just on the toilet paper, but in no pattern. There are times where I do not bleed at all, but they only last a few hours at most. Just this week I have started to have a foul odor, like rotting meat, that is driving me crazy. No matter how clean I am, it's there. When I do not bleed (I still wear a panty liner) I get a pus like discharge & odor. The only pain I have is lower around the bladder area, but it feels like menstral cramps. I'm sorry for the graphic, yucky details, but I need help.

History- 35 yof, 1 child multiple miscarriages, endometriosis, PCOS & bicornuate uterus.

Thank you all in advance for any advice!

It sounds like a miscarriage with some retained tissue.  See your ob/gyn right away for an ultrasound and/or MRI.  You might need a D&C to get the rest of the tissue out.

What did the ER say? Sounded like you had another miscarriage.
