Advice - Does anyone else have this issue?

I have been having a series of small bumps appear around my vagina. They're always one at a time. They small like a pimple size and hard and white. They are not painful. They go away after a few days but I've had 3 of them now.

I have been using my vibrator more and I'm wondering if anyone has had these or knows what it could be

Doesn't sound like anything a vibrator would affect.

Have you googled ingrown hairs, or genital warts? Here is the link to Planned Parenthood's page on the latter: https://www.plannedparenthood.org/learn/stds-hiv-safer-sex/genital-warts/what-are-symptoms-genital-warts

I looked at the website, and the bumps don't look like that. They pop like pimples or zits do
There are so many things it could be, rather than play a guessing game it might be a good idea to have a checkup with your ob/gyn when one appears.
