Affects AFTER Cryotherapy

1 week ago I had Cryotherapy(freezing of the cervix) done and wanted to know if anyone else has had this and what they experienced after it was done.  I'm having the normal watery discharge that I knew I would have, but it used to always be clear and now in the last couple days, it's turned pink like there's blood in it.  I'm wondering if this is totaly normal or what?  What did anyone else experience?

I experienced the SAME thing along with severe N/V. But if you are concerned, give your Gyn that performed the Chryo a call just to reassure yourself that all is well.

I had the cryosurgery done a few years ago and it was exactly like that.  For about 4-6 weeks I had the discharge.  If you are concerned call your doc, that is what they are for.

Same thing as you are experiencing.  It goes away.  Just watch for fever-I had to get a shot of rocephin.
