Am I in menopause

I received my FSA result today, 30.9 and want to know if that is perimenopausal or menopausal

I hadn't had a period for 8 years and then last February, out of the blue, I hemorrhaged!!!!! Since then I had one short period. So, the year without a period apparently doesn't/didn't apply in my case which is why there is confusion.

How are your periods?  Menopause's definition is a year without periods.
