Anal 'Tear' Leading to Vaginal Pain

Hello, everyone. A few days ago I found out I had a small scratch or tear on my anus, basically. I took care of it by keeping the area clean, and the pain has gone down greatly. Two days ago, though, I was in terrible pain from it; the next day, the anal pain was way down, but I had a stinging sensation in my labia when I urinated. I inspected the area, and found that my labia, namely the right side, was very sensitive to the touch, almost like touching an open wound. It stings. Today it's spread to my vaginal opening, but the real pain still remains on my labia. It doesn't look red, nor irritated anywhere, so I'm a bit puzzled. I've had an UTI before, so I know this isn't one. I don't have issues with urinating, it's just that my labia hurts, and when I urinate, it stings even more. Could my labia just be tender from the anal tear? I also don't have any discharge or anything of that sort. Everything is A-OK aside from the stinging pain on my labia.

I came here in hopes that maybe someone could help, or someone also had dealt with this same issue, and I could get some help or knowledge on what to do. I don't feel it's a huge doctor issue, but at the same time, I want it to go away! I don't like it hurting all day, and having even worse pain when I need to go pee! I've been drinking nothing but water and I've been avoiding wearing underwear to keep the area from being touched or irritated too much. When I clean, I use nothing but water and a clean cloth and I clean gently. Is my husband right, and I'm just worrying about it too much?

I have found out that's it's an anal fissure. I've been taking sitz baths and I've been using an all natural 'body jelly' that is like petroleum jelly on the area, as it says it can protect small cuts and injuries. I've been eating a high-fiber diet and drinking plenty of water. I also throw in some simple exercises to get blow flowing every morning. The area is already starting to heal up as it's rather itchy and it doesn't hurt much when I do have a bowel movement. The other thing I found out is just simply raw skin on my labia, and I guess that will just simply heal on it's own. Thank you for replying and your concern <3

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
It can be an anal fissure or anal fistula. An anal fissure is a split in the anal skin and it feels like being cut with glass when you have your bowels open and afterwards. In that case, take warm sitz baths , smear some painkilling gel around the area  and avoid constipation. If the symptoms persist then glyceryl trinitrate ointment, Botox injections and surgery can be tried.

I hope it helps. It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

No, I am not taking any birth control right now. I'm on no medication aside from over-the-counter allergy pills that I only take when my allergies get bad. But, the anal fissure DOES sound like what I have, as I do suffer from IBS attacks, and that is probably what caused the issue. This did happen after a day of me being sick. It doesn't much explain by I have the strange pain within my right labia, but it does explain the other thing <3
