Anyone had a positive blood test result after tons of negative HPTs?
Had a blood test done this morning....Just wondered if anyone here ever had a positive result after kept getting bfn from hpts? Have to wait for a week for my result...i know i shouldn't get my hopes too high up...but af is still not showing, its 4days late now. Keep my fingers crossed for BIG FAT POSITIVE!!!!!!!!!!!
Thanks Gina, i know i should keep my feet on the ground, not to get my hopes up. Its just the waiting game that keeps me insane. When i find out whether i'm pregnant or not next week, i'll be more relax and waiting for my period to show her face then watch out when i'll ovulate next time x
This early on it would not be unusual to have a negative hpt but a positive blood test. If the symptoms of pregnancy are there but the hpts are negative, it is recommended that the patient have a blood test because they are more accurate. If the blood test is negative, then more than likely you are not pregnant. But, it may very well come back positive, even with all the negative hpts.
