Anyone have bleeding and pain months after Hysterectomy

Ok, im 33 yrs old and have had a hysterectomy Feb of this year. I have had period problems all my life and it took 2 yrs to concieve the second time around. I had an ablation after the second and then not long after that had bleeding and they found a fibroid so we opted for the hysterectomy. They only removed the uterus leaving the cervix and both ovaries. Dr said there was ALOT of scar tissue everywhere from my 2 c sections so he left my cervix intact. Well after that like a mth i had some bleeding and dr said it residual. Well months later im still having it almost on a monthly basis like a period but lighter with lots of discharge and cramping. I have pain during intercourse and sometimes bleeding afterward. Went to dr and he sent me for ultrasound, they only found 1 ovary, so im lost, what could this be? I had a pap to test my cells for cancer, waht could it be, any hints?

I had a hysterectomy almost 7 weeks ago...1 ovary and cervix left.  I am now having my second period since then.  The 1st was 3 1/2 wks and 2nd at 6 1/2 wks.  This possibility was not explained to me...I am very upset.  What can be done to stop it?  What did I go through this if I'm still going to bleed?

I am glad that you women are brave enough to post these symptoms because I experienced these issues this morning and was researching to see if anyone else had the same problems.  I had a partial hysterectomy at the end of February. it is now May 1st.  I went to bed with tender breasts after a few days of MAJOR water retention.  I woke up with a heavy, light tinge of pink discharge.  I cannot believe this.  I saw pictures of my insides after my surgery.  I thought my entire uterus was gone.  I didn't know I could still bleed from having my cervix in tact!????

I wanted to let you know one thing.  Since we both still have our cervix, that is why you are still bleeding.  You probably have uterun cells left on top of your cervix and this is causing this.
I also had to have ultrasound after my partial because I was having so many issues.

OMG you are the same way I am.  Get this in November they gave me D & C because they thought I had a polip.  No polip.  Then in December they gave me the ablation.  Didn't help that well, still had period issues, then in January I had my uterus removed and still have my cervix and ovaries.  I STILL HAVE PERIODS!  wanna discuss these issues by email.
