Black Bumps on lip of vagina

While showering I found 3 black raised bumps on the lips of my vagina.  I have not been sexually active in quite a few years so I know it has nothing to do with that.  They seem to have popped up overnight.  I didn't feel them when I took a shower yesterday.  I haven't shaved down there in years but I use to and have had ingrown hairs and know what they look like and it's not one of those.  It's also not a bartholin's cyst or a sebacious cyst.  Already looked those up and they don't fit what I'm experiencing.  They don't hurt and had no clue they were there until I washed today and then looked at them with a mirror.  Any ideas?

Hi, I found the exact same thing today and am totally freaking out! Can you tell me the outcome of it being checked or what you've done?
