I am having period irregularity y cycle diration includes
4 sept.....24 days
28 sept......23 days
21 oct......42 days(during this duration i was taking isotretinoin for 40 days,and have slight har growth on my face but that currently stoped)

You are definitely all over the map there. You don't sound like you have PCOS from just this though. PCOS usually involves LONG periods of no period---- you have one almost TOO often. I'd go see your doctor for an evaluation of this and would look more toward a hormonal imbalance. good luck
