Oh man, feel ya on this.  I had my kids, big babies, and ever since, it's been trickier to keep myself from needing my own diaper.  Are you at all over weight?  This made a difference for me to lose a little weight.  But still, if I cough, sneeze, gag or jump up and down?  Ya.  No.  Sometimes child birth can cause issues with your pelvic floor and bladder.  I would try to strengthen your pelvic floor.  Do this with kegels.  https://www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/322720  They also have yoga for pelvic floor strengthening.  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-GXAbagnZrE  And talk to your doctor.  They may recommend you see a physical therapist that specializes in helping with this .  There is also more invasive surgical things they can do.  But you are not alone.  If you have no urine control, that is extreme. If you leak with certain things, ya.  that's common.  But annoying so yes, work on it.

Thanks for the reply my weight is 65. I will try doing pelvic exercise.
Start there but talk to your doctor too.  You know what is odd?  If you have the issue I have which my doctor is related to natural child birth, when I wear a tampon, it's better.  They make a product you can buy that is the same type of thing. And my friend is having bladder sling surgery.  So, you are in good company!
Ok will consult with my doctor too. Thank you so much for the reply.
No problem.  We need to stick together as women on these things.  :>)

It seems that at only 65 kgs, it wouldn't be your weight. Please do talk to your doctor. In the meantime, try going to the loo once an hour whether you think you need it or not. A bladder can get kind of inefficient if it's stretched out often by holding too much urine. Keep it empty as much as you can.
