Bleeding 13 days

I was diagnosed with PCOS about 4 years ago March of last year I went to the ER because I woke up vomiting and cramping they gave me a blood test and confirmed that I was not pregnant two weeks later I found out that I was 8 weeks pregnant. Shows the test was inaccurate. My last cycle was May 8th. June 19th I started what I thought was my cycle it was brown not even enough to fill a tampon or a liner and then it was pink and now it's light red yesterday was pretty dark today is day 13. I went to the ER they also confirmed that I am not pregnant. They say its my PCOS.. something is going on I have nauseous..i have a headache I don't feel good and even with PCOS if I miss a cycle the next one is still 7 days just like any other cycle I have it's never went this long something is going on I need advice has anyone experienced this before what was your outcome?
