Definitely go to the e.r. If everything checks out at the e.r. and you are not "in immediate danger" you should find a endometriosis specialist you could have endometriosis. To find one near you contact the endometriosis association:

I was going to say the same thing about the ER and the ectopic pregnancy. It could also be harmless. Or it could be a ruptured ovarian cyst. It's impossible to know unless you get checked, and you shouldn't wait. I had bleeding (though without pain) for 43 days and it turned out to be from benign cysts. But I had to have some testing to be sure it wasn't anything serious. Please go to the ER and get this checked out. Better safe than sorry, and whenever you have pain, you need to get it checked. Pain is a signal!!
Y'know, when I posted to you the first time I didn't want to scare you, but I thought about it and thought about it and I HAD to post back to tell you that 30 years ago I had these exact symptoms and it turned out that I had an ectopic pregnancy and needed emergency surgery. Again, not trying to scare you, but I had to pass that along because I didn't want you to just fluff off my suggestion to go to the ER. It's REALLY important that you get it checked out NOW, because if it IS an ectopic pregnancy, they are life threatening if you don't have surgical intervention. Please keep us up to date!

It's impossible for anyone to be able to tell what this is on a message board. It sounds, though, like you could have something serious going on so my best advice would be to go to an ER NOW to have them look at you. It's better to find out that it's nothing than to ignore it and have it become something horrible! Please post back and let us know how you are!
