Bleeding from both rectum & vagina

I've been bleeding from both rectum and vagina, I have normal bowl movements and my IUD keeps me from having periods. My OB said it was probably hemroids, but I'm not totally convinced. I have no pain like hemroids should be, so he suggested it was internal hemroids, but my question would be, wouldn't there be pain and immediate bleeding after having anal intercourse??? It was happening even before I experimented the sexual position.

You could have anal fissures.  Definitely hold off on anal intercourse.  You could go the full evaluation route with colonoscopy.  You could have polyps that also are causing the bleeding that would be detected by this test.  So, if you are not convinced, then seek a second opinion and be ready for some not so comfy exams and tests.  Not usually a great sign to have bright red, bloody stools.  But also can be harmless.  So evaluation is important.  If you don't like what your first doctor said, go to another.  If you saw your ob/ go to your primary care and if that doesn't satisfy you, then go to a specialist.  good luck
