Blood work confusion??

Tags: anemia, Iron Deficiency Anemia, fasting blood work
Confused on blood work results! The B12 levels are high,
according to the doctor due to oral supplements (listed
below).

  Iron Bind. Cap. (TIBC)         328 ug/dL               250-450
   UIBC                                 275 ug/dL               150-375
   Iron, Serum                        53  ug/dL                35-155
   Iron Saturation                    16   %                    15-55
   Vitamin B12                     1246  pg/mL            211-946
   Folate (Folic Acid), serum   >19.9 ng/mL            >3.0
   Prolactin                            14  ng/dL                4.8-23.3

Also a history of a MCV of 80-83 with a bottom range of 86.
I have Hashimoto's and iron defiency anemia which I've been
taking medicine for for over a decade.

Medicine I was taking before blood work. The B12 dosage
is now down to 6mcg.
Levothyroxine – 75mcg
Multivitamin.
Iron-65.5mg
B 12-1006mcg
. Vitamin D- 2000 IU
Fish Oil-3000mg

My questions are ::

Can the B12 supplement cause the elevated B12?

Should I be worried that the Iron Saturation is only 16%, just barely within range?
