Boogery discharge..? What is this??

If I stopped birth control could it be the cause for my boogery vagina discharge? I have had it for a while now I'm not a virgin, had 2 sex partners, and keep my stuff clean haha. I always use condoms also.. Could it be from masterbating or anything? I don't know, I'm just naming stuf off..

Thank you very much for the luck :).  I really appreciate it and yes you have a long time ahead of you to think about being a mother. :P  I have a sister that's 17 and definitely couldn't imagine her being one. lol   If and when you go back, let me know what the dr.  says. :)  Good luck.

It could be a sign of infection. Your doctor will be able to tell you for sure.

It can be at times but it's normally white-ish. NOT grey but a tiny off white.

The discharge, is it like a greenish kind of colour? Or is it thickish and white. If it's green, that's typically sign of an infection. (though not always)

I'm going to get back on it. I still have some cases of it. It might make it go away, maybe not. But who knows. Good lucky with trying for a baby! I still have a long time to think about that. I'm 17 going on 18. I wish the best of luck to you :D

That's completely up to you. When I was on birth control I had no discharge what so ever. it was nice. :)  BUT I want a family now so. If it's annoying you that bad I'd definitely be trying to figure out what it's from. If you're not that worried about it then go back on the birth control. :)  It's completely your choice.

She said nothing like that at all. My grandma (73) Told me she had the same thing a few months ago. Her doctor said some people just get it? But I'm hating it. I almost want to get back on birth control to see if it'll go away. What do you think ://

Sometimes at different stages in your cycle (when you're not on birth control) you can have a different "taste".  So the dr. who said to keep an eye on it, did she say what to look for if it was something more serious?  When to come back?

I normally just go to Planned Parenthood. They ran the normal pregnancy test and the std check like always and everything came out all right. I had strep throat after my ex and I broke up in Feb and took Antibiotics to cure it and mentioned to my actual Doctor that I was having this discharge and she said to keep an eye on it and all that. She said she didn't think it was serious, but I still have it so it's bugging me. I like, have no odor or anything. Taste wise, (sorry to load this on you lol) is a little on the sour side. I have a fine diet and it wasn't tasting like this when I was with my ex.. He would have said something..

Since February and the discharge, I think around the time I quit BC. I know for a fact that I'm not pregnant haha. And it's pretty much everyday sooooo yeah ://

How long have you been off of the birth control and how long have you had this discharge?  I was on birth control for over a yr and a half and this "boogery discharge" could be when you're ovulating. I experienced this same kind of discharge day before yesterday and yesterday and that's because I'm ovulating plus ttc. :D  I think it really depends on how often you're getting the discharge.
