Breast Pain?? HElp

I have been having breast pain on my left breast for a long time already. The dr has felt a lil tiny lump on it, i have gotn 2 sonogram and they both came back fine! i dont know whats wrong. I have had 2 babies and while this has been going on. While i was breastfeeding i didnt feel any pain at all but when i stop it came back. This has been going on for 2 years already. The dr told me to stop caffine and take vitamin E pills everyday. I just had a baby 6months ago and barely stop breast feeding ill start taking them again. I have found a lil lump on my nipple it moves and doesnt feel to round. What wrong with me?? This all started when i squeeze my nipple and discharge came out ever since than my breast have been hurting. They never did before. Anything i can do?? Discharge doest come out now this was 2 years ago thanks.

A few days ago when I went to the bathroom and wiped back there I felt a lump inside my anus. I was curious so I felt inside and the lump was in the begining of anus on the left side. It doesn't hurt, bleed or I haven't been constipated since maybe around last week. I am very worried I will ask dr but I'm trying to clear my mind now. What can it be? Should we not have lumps inside there? It's about a pea size lump. It doesn't hurt when I poop. It feels like it's under the skin.
