Brown discharge and a spot of blood after albothyl use. Is it normal?

Gave birth exactly 1month, 2 weeks & 1 day ago. Had sex a week ago. My check up and papsmear was yesterday. Dr said, uterus is not yet fully healed. She prescribed Albothyl. I inserted it before bedtime last night. Mindnight, I felt soaking wet. I checked the clot I used as a napkin, I saw spots of brown discharge. Around 9am, I felt something watery coming out of me. When I checked my undies, there's a discharge that was like sand. Seems black and white. And its watery. Before I wash the same undie a couple of hours after, the discharge dried and 'twas brown. Then, an hour ago, I check my undie again and theres only a spot of brown discharge and only a little of blood. Is it normal? Dunno if i inserted the med right. I only pushed it halfway of my mid finger. Maybe two-inch deep. Please help. Don't know if its normal. Right now I only have brown discharge. Only little spots on my undies.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Abothyl contains policresulen. It is a topical haemostatic and antiseptic. It is indicated for common anal disorders, such as hemorrhoids, and for gynecological infections. The brown discharge was due to lochia after delivery and local trauma to the still healing uterus. If it persists then get it evaluated from your gynecologist.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

It's totally normal. I went through same thing with the discharge for almost a month after my check up. If the discharge to get littler that's a good sign. So don't worry.
