Brown discharge?

About a week before my period was due, my boyfriend and I didn't quite have sex, but he was rubbing himself on me with no clothes or anything separating us. He possibly pushed inside of me less than an inch (not much at all before we decided we better not go further). It was the first time I've had a penis anywhere close to inside of me. The next day I got a brown substance only when I wiped, and only a couple times in two days. I thought it was my period starting but it was a weird dark color and only lasted lightly those two days.
It has been two weeks since that happened, and my period was due a week ago but hasn't come. I've taken two pregnancy tests (one a couple days after my period was due and one when my period was supposed to be over) and both were negative. Do I still need to worry about being pregnant or what could it be?

I had intercourse with my husband a week and a half before my period was due.
I had a period that was late. Then after my period I still had sore breast that has lasted for a week now. Yesterday I had some light pink discharge when I wiped. My breasts are still sore and I have had some mild cramping.  What do you think?

There are a few scenarios i would consider.

1.) Perhaps you were not prepared and at some point he stretched you, causing small tears. Thus the brown discharge would be dried blood in vaginal secretions. You may have also skipped this month's period...which by itself is nothing to worry about unless it happens for 3 or more months consecutively.

2.) You have an infection which he aggravated that needs to be addressed with medication. (same explanation of period missing as before).

3.) you are pregnant and having false negatives. This is not terrible likely, but if the lateness of your period is overwhelming and you engage in risk behaviors that could harm a fetus, get checked by a professional.
